The owners, affiliates, advertisers and other representatives of www.tennisinternet.com and/or www.TennisNYC.com shall have NO liability, contingent or otherwise, for the truthfulness, accuracy, timeliness, completeness of any and all provided information and/or services, or for any decision made or action taken by in reliance upon any and all provided information and/or services indicated on this website.
ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". IN NO EVENT WILL www.tennisinternet.com and/or www.TennisNYC.com BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR CLAIMS ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF www.tennisinternet.com and/or www.TennisNYC.com HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR ARE OTHERWISE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
BY SUBMITTING THE FORM TO BE INCLUDED IN OUR DATA BASE OF TENNIS PLAYERS, HOSTS, and any other DATA BASE of INFORMATION and SERVICES INCLUDING FINDING TENNIS PARTNERS AND ARRANGING GAMES FOR THE TENNIS LEAGUES, YOU AGREE AND FULLY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBSITE, WILL BE EMAILED TO ALL MEMBERS OF THIS SITE, AND THAT SAID INFORMATION CAN BE VIEWED PUBLICLY. FURTHERMORE, YOU AGREE THAT THE OWNERS, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISERS AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES OF WWW.tennisinternet.COM and/or www.TennisNYC.com SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY KINDS OF DAMAGES, BOTH DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM SUCH PUBLICATION OR SHARING THROUGH EMAIL OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF SAID INFORMATION. FURTHERMORE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF HARM (PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL) YOU INFLICTED ON OTHERS, SUSTAINED OR INFLICTED UPON YOU DURING THE COURSE OF YOUR TENNIS ACTIVITY IN THE TENNIS LEAGUE, HOSTING OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES IN RELATION TO THE SAID DATA OR ACTIVITY.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELETE OR ADD DATA/NAMES/INFO OR CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE TENNIS LEAGUE AT ANY TIME FOR WHATEVER REASON WE DEEM APPROPRIATE.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR DATA BASE of PLAYERS and other SERVICES INCLUDING THE TENNIS LEAGUES OF TENNISNYC.COM.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot cancel the subscription FOR FINDING TENNIS PARTNERS SERVICES agreement after you signed up during the first year. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for the next year/s. However, if you want to cancel the subscription for the succeeding year/s, contact us within the first 3 months of the renewal period for that given year and we will promptly email the cancellation procedure.
No refunds will be issued for the first year of your subscription. You can only cancel the subscription for the succeeding year/s if you respond within the first 3 months.
