Liz Munsell, photo above, is a Broadway actress and a
full time lawyer. She has done many years of tennis
instructions in NYC and is now trying to get back into tennis to
improve her health and conditioning. "This is fun!"
she said after doing one hour of tennis drills and hitting with Koko
Lani (League Director/webmaster of TennisNYC.com) WELCOME BACK TO
TENNIS, LIZ!

Martin Kessler (photo above) played at the TennisNYC.com
tennis league last Friday night, April 8, 2005. "I want
to join this league because I want to lose weight before my wedding
in September. My future wife was my best friend in high
school," he revealed. Martin's goal is to lose at least
20 pounds. "I used to go to the gymn a lot but now, I
find it boring. Tennis is more interesting for me."
Martin graduated from Darmouth College and presently works full time
as a Trader for a major finance company.

Widya Drahma from Indonesia/Singapore. Anita and Widya
took 2 hours of tennis drills, hitting, supervised match play and
tennis lessons last Sunday afternoon, April 10, 2005 at the
TennisNYC.com tennis league. Widya took a lot of tennis
lessons at the Hyatt Tennis Club in Singapore before moving to
NYC. Widya observed after being in the city for only a few
months, "It's weird here in NYC. I see a lot of people talking
to themselves!" Anita was so happy to meet Widya because they
both grew up in Singapore. "My home is very close to Widya's
school in Singapore! I miss home," she said.

(Photo above L-R) Amy Solomon and Helen Sung played outdoors at
the TennisNYC.com tennis league last Saturday afternoon, April 9,
2005. They both did 2 hours of tennis drills, hitting,
supervised game/match play and tennis lessons from Eric Capuano
(resident tennis instructor of the league). During the drills, Amy
found one LUCKY tennis ball among hundreds of balls with the
inscription of the company where her current bf works.
"Can I have this ball," she said with a sweet smile.
"My boyfriend works for this company!"
Hope the lucky ball brings you lots of luck and love, Amy!!! Helen
Sung, on the other hand, is a UCLA graduate who just moved to NYC
from Los Angeles. Welcome to NYC, Helen!
