THE FUN LOVING MATH PROFESSOR from the VILLAGE!
"I bought my racket from Ebay! Its only $100!" Eric
Spagnolie (photo above) blurted out smiling, last Monday, April
25 after his tennis evaluation in Central Park Tennis Center.
Eric Spagnolie is the newest member of the TennisNYC.com tennis
league. He is a doctorate student in Applied Mathematics from
NYU. "I love tennis," he said. "I had good memories
playing tennis when I was a kid. I went to tennis camps every
summer in Colorado." Eric has not forgotten his tennis
fundamentals, and presently he is trying very hard to work on his
consistency. "I'm having a lot of fun. I think I'm going to
skip my 5pm classes today!" Uh..oh.... don't forget your
thesis, Eric! WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE!!!

THE Star-Gazing Astronomer from BROOKLYN
Mr. Kevin Rosero (photo above) did an hour of tennis
evaluation, hitting and singles match last Monday, April 25, 2005 in
Central Park Tennis Center, as part of his TennisNYC.com tennis
league membership. Kevin works as an Administrative Assistant
for a law firm in Manhattan. "I love tennis," he said.
"I didn't play for 10 years and then last year, I started
playing again. I just didn't have the time but now I want to
play again on a regular basis. I looked at your website and everyone
seems to be having a good time." Kevin said. "I want to be
in excellent conditioning just like last summer!"

The A student from Singapore: Widya
(Photo L-R) Pamela and Widya (from Singapore) are
shown above with Eric Capuano (Resident Tennis
Instructor of TennisNYC.com tennis league) Widya did an
hour and a half of tennis drills and tennis lessons from Eric
Capuano and Koko Lani last Sunday afternoon, April 24, 2005 in
Edgewater. The two lovable dogs are Poopsie (Widya's
pet) and Hakuna (Koko's maltese).

Photo above shows Widya doing the volley drills with Eric
Capuano. After only 2 tennis drills, Widya's tennis game
